If you're into the hard stuff, then check this out. Nadja loosely fall under the banner doom or sludge metal, but despite the negative connotations many people associate with the metal genre, this is no B-grade stuff.
For one thing, Aidan Baker, whose project this primarily is, happens to be a classically trained flautist and also composes ambient guitar soundscapes.
It's heavy stuff, but harmonically pure all the same. The waves and walls of feedback grip you and suck you in and then spit you back out. Come along for the ride!

This was not what I expected.......But I like it the more for that.
i LOVE Nadja!! They put out a few net releases on my friend's label Noiseusse. Unfortunately, they don't seem to be archived there currently.
I dig the tunes you posted. Slow, heavy and trippy - just the way i like my metal!
