As I've just read somebody else's post about this, it's on the brain. At what point does it become clear that your children have taken over your musical tastes? We have a mixed cd that includes (but is not limited to)the clash and the smurfs. I think they're a great mix.... and I also hear the mail call - thank you, Blue!!

Oh I know what you mean. One of the best things about having a 5 year old sister is that I now have an excuse to listen to kids songs. I've gotten her a Best Of Raffi cd which is awesome and also I just got a Sharon Lois and Bram cd. I hope she isn't too old for it because I want to have a dance party.
My kids don't listen to any of that. My daughter makes an exception when she bursts out into Barney's cleanup song and her version of the Barney "I love you" song. I actually think it's awesome because I can't stand most kids songs.. it makes my head want to explode lol
