This album is probably my least favorite Decemberists album, although none the less amazing. I give the album a 7.8 and pick the last song, "California One / Youth and Beauty Brigade" as the album's clincher. I'm a sucker for long songs.

Little Girl = 10.0 song from a 10.0 album. Picking my favorite from this record was an extremely difficult decision, but came down to this and Black History Month, and this song came out on top because of its bag full of groovy riffs.

Although my true favorite song on this album is "You're Lovely (But You've Got Problems)," since it is a remix album I'll stick to picking one of the remixed songs. In this case, Justice's version of "Blood On Our Hands" is an amazing rendition, mixing in a healthy dose of their own style while keeping enough DFA to remain recognizable. And Justice kicks ass.
