dermahrk ... NRBQ's album covers and artwork are an additional part of their brilliance ... and I think a very deliberate statement on 'outsider art', kitschy eclecticism, weird simplicity as an aesthetic, and form following function ... and considering the years when they were published, way ahead of their time.

I love the cutout text characters they use on their album covers ... like a kidnapper's ransom note.
