One of my all-time favorite bands, Idlewild, is giving away their new record (in mp3 format, no DRM) for free through the Echospin service, complete with 2 North American bonus tracks that didn't come along with the less-legit free version I've had for months.

Oh, don't you judge me. I bought the record, too. You can buy it here from straight from Sanctuary (did you hear they're going out of business?) And/or you can download the whole record for free using Echospin here.
I wish I could say it's their best work to date (it isn't), but you really can't argue with the price. And just because it's not their best doesn't mean it's bad. In fact, "No Emotion" (in the player below) is downright delicious.

One quick note: the two bonus tracks appear to be switcheroo’d with their filenames/tags. So if you care about that sort of thing, you’ll want to change them around.
