Oh how time passes back in march of 08 I posted about the amazing remix Pocketknife did on Joanna Newsom and today I bring you an equaly briliant Remix of Yeasayer . Do I belive this remix is bound to change your life, no, but its a very awesome version of "Sunrise" full of echoes and durms and noses, brilliant thats what it is.

The first news I heard about the recently released movie Soul Men was when a copy of the soundtrack showed up in my mailbox as a surprise package. Today I tore down an entire fence line of jasmine and moon flowers that had taken over the backyard... As well as two tonne of plant debris I also took down about 8 metres of trellis that threatened to take itself down... These guys are a well oiled machine, the lead singer (Andrew London) has written many great tunes and is probably the hardest working musician I know, Ive lost count of the line ups he's in but he brings the magic touch to them all with his humour and skills. I have to mention my other favorite band that he's a part of "the cattle stops" so dam slick they take your breath away, cant find any vids from them just now but heres a couple of gems from Hot Club Sandwich.
