Dave Bazan is the man. There is no doubt about that. He makes honest music and it's good. No, not good, it's great. Winners Never Quit was my introduction to Bazan and really Pedro the Lion is the brainchild of Dave's. It's one thing to be a great songwriter, but a stud musician? Yeah, there isn't a whole lot Dave Bazan can't do. He plays all instruments on this album.

I own them all and they all rock. When I say all, I even have the Tooth and Nail release. I was just listening to Winners Never Quit a few weeks ago. I am glad he pulled the plug at the right time as I was starting to tire of Pedro by Achilles.
