Turning up the Gamma filter, and pulling out the blue screen - this classic Bowie tune, is a nice psychedelic video for full moon lunatics amongst us.Proving yet again that the man is timeless, I've also included the Jools performance back to back of same - I think I actually prefer the more recent live performance to the original. 2. vannatta says absolutely - props back atcha - I also enjoy the vocal blend of Holly Palmer and Emm Gryner on b vox - I recorded some backing vocals with Holly back in the day in Boston and tried to sign her to a production deal, but she refused to "go pop" as she wanted to be more of a rocker ... and then later ended up working with Dr. Dre... I will post more on those monster talents later...

  4. Lizziegreeneyes says Emm Gryner - not my favorite Canadian chanteuse (at least live)... but David Bowie - CLASSIC !!! I posted the video version during a New Wave War & won mad points for it - can't beat the Bowie ;)

  5. vannatta says David Bowie is one of my all time favorites. I must say that Holly's latest CD, even though I'm not a super fan of the genre, is really good. I have been a fan of her vocals for some time now... :)

  7. walkingthecow says it's amazing how well he is received through the decades. he always reinvents himself but never copies. HE is the one people copy.
