Hey peeps. LTNS. PC is busted so I haven't been around much. Actually, my sudden dismemberment of internet has been kind of nice - it's amazing how much one can get done without the constant anticipation of a new email :)
I loved the first Bodies Of Water record and about fell off my patio chair into my pino colada when I saw there was a new record already. And this track....srsly. Over and over it plays in the car. I've been finding excuses to drive just so I can listen to it. And the lyrics are so incredibly.....indescernible. They could be singing about puppies falling in wells for all I know. But it's the construction that grabs me....BOW are prone to outstretched instrumental sections, and this one has it's share, but when the melody finally starts after minutes of jagged guitar and some dark power-pop drumming, it feels sorta classic.
