Sorry guys - I've been mad busy with work and I just got back from a magical vacation.
Anyway - I'm a sucker for Gwen. Check out her new album, it's full of rock-out workout songs as well as rad ballads.

I did earlier - it was totally involuntarily - I think I injured myself. Oh, well - walking with a limp isn't so bad. =)
