I don't really feel like the grinch, but I can't say I'm in the holiday mood. I've just finished an exhausting year at work and now I'm job-hunting in the middle of one of our worst economic crises ever. Not really inspiring.
I've fallen so far behind, I haven't even started to think about dinner for tomorrow. So I guess I'll put something upbeat on the stereo (like this!) do some cleaning and head out in the snow, slush and rain for a few groceries.
No doubt, I'll be eating the turkey for the next three months but hey! Christmas only comes once a year.
I might even listen to a few carols by the end of the night.
