Hey, where did the week go? In the spotlight today is the undisputed Queen of Disco (no, not Michael Jackson) - Donna Summer. Here's an interesting fact - Summer is one of the most successful female recording artists of the '70s and '80s, and still holds the record for having three consecutive double albums hit #1 on the Billboard charts. She also claims to have sold 130 million albums worldwide. I wonder if she's double-counting? This track was part of the extended mix of MacArthur Park, and featured the group Brooklyn Dreams, a member of which became her husband.
