i am hoping to go see marie antoinette today. any movie that is bringing back bow wow wow to the masses cannot be that bad. i liked virgin suicides and lost in translation and i especially liked her use of music to set the mood. i saw her short LICK THE STAR on IFC and it was a little too painful to watch. even 36 is too young to remember the pain of being a pre-teen/teenage girl. girls are evil.
my brother saw bow wow wow open for devo last month at a casino in Green Bay and he came back just singing the praises of bow wow wow.
me i always wanted to be annabella lwin. if you haven't heard louis quartoze you haven't lived.

unfortunately, I thought the movie did not live up to the expectations raised by the amazing soundtrack (gang of four, new order, bow wow wow or AFX twin at Versailles, the idea was brilliant!) - well, Lost in translation was such a fantastic movie..
But saying that, there is a lot to enjoy in the movie: the party scene in Paris soundtracked by Siouxsie's Hong Kong Garden is great!
