So!! I havent been on MOG for a long time!! And after taking a quick look over my fav artists lists etc It must be nearly a year!! So...... Our family dog was put down today. His name was benji and we had him for like 15 years or something!! he was very old and he had to be put down cos he couldnt hold down food etc so basically Im feeling a bit shit at the moment. Im in work now trying to find a song/album that will cheer me up or at least distract me....I have no idea!! At the moment Im listening to "Blood Red Shoes" album "Box Of Secrets" and im really loving it!! Ive just started playin in a new band and it is pretty much similar to what we are doing so Im gonna up a song off the album called "its Getting Boring By The Sea" Its a great track and its hard to pick a favourite or stand out track off this album but Im digging this song...so this ones for you Benji, You provided us with years of joy may you rest in peace!!

It's really sad when a family pet that you have grown up with dies. Makes me think of a feisty little Corgi we had called Lady. Me and my two brothers grew up with her, getting to all sorts of scrapes, she was like a fourth member of our 'gang'. She lived til she was 17 by which time she was deaf (I think that was the \m/etal though) and sight was a little poor. She died peacefully, in the night, by the fireplace. Two other dogs that our family have had sadly did not live quite as long, and like yours had to be put down because of the suffering, so I have some idea how you might be feeling right now. Look after yourself TYC.
