The New [un]improved Linkin Park

I recently did something I said I wouldn't do to this band because they had good music and that was download their songs; but it was for good in mind. I was going to sample it and if it was good then I would buy it. They are one of the few bands from which I buy CDs from. This new album has had alot of controversy mainly because of the release of their newest video "What I've Done". I'll be honest and say I don't like every song the group makes, there's MAYBE a handful if that of songs I don't like from all their albums combined. Anyway the downloads finally finished, and I've sampled every song on the album being completely bias of anyone else's views because frankly I could care less what anyone else thinks. In short, they sound like a band trying to copy Linkin Park. There's no doubt you can distinguish each member's contribution on various songs, but it's not them. It's simply not the same old Linkin Park. And the best way I can think of describing it is like this. You listen to a group before they were famous and doing shows around the world compared to a twenty years after becoming famous. You still get their original sound, but with alot of differences. I'm sorry but Linkin Park is no longer Linkin Park, they're LP.
