I listen to a wide range of music and rate mine much differently than other people. I use a scale of 0-5 and rate them by how often I mind hearing the song. 5 stars means I can hear it every 2-3 days without tiring of it. 4.5 every 4-6 days, 4 stars every 1 to 2 weeks, etc. This allows me to set my player so that songs I only want to hear once a month or once a year or so don't clog up the rotation. I should also say that I have over 7500 songs so even with a short 3 day rotation time most songs only come up once a week or so - this keeps what I hear very random. Annnnnnyways here's a list of the songs that have made it to my 5 star rating over the last year - I highly recommend them all:
