So here we are. Another underground band in an underground that has been overcrowded. What makes us stick out? What makes us so freakin' special that you should listen to us? Why give this no-name band a chance when I've got so many great bands to listen to already? We'll tell ya why! First of all we are a very different band. We don't have any songs to change the world. We have no political agenda. Until recently we didn't even have tuners for our guitars. But still we've managed to release two albums that sold out. We have a jack-o-lope that overlooks the band from the bass drum. We have a bass player that can write prescriptions. We have a guitar player that builds his own equipment. We have a drummer that plays with his shirt off...not because he thinks it's cool, but because he hits so hard! We have a singer/guitar player that was hit by a car and has the worst luck in the world! We write songs about girls and chupacabras and dancing and moving to indiana. We write pop songs and then destroy them with noise and put them back together with glue. We like beer, wine, and stoli and sprite. We love BC Powder and ibuprofen and loritabs. We like to read and write. We like to sing off key at concerts. We are the bubblegum complex.
