This song is tremendous. I'm sure plenty of people will bitch about the length of the intro, maybe they aren't wrong, but I enjoy it nonetheless. The lyrics make Ben Gibbard sound like a fucking creepster.

Brilliant, but slightly disturbed lyrics. I think it's the best thing I have heard from DCFC since Transatlanticism, and don't get me wrong I liked Plans, I just think this is so much more than Plans was. I now can't wait for Narrow Stairs.

yeah i personally think that they pulled off the intro nicely.
as long as you think of this song as a jam session type thing... its really cool.
the intro builds just enough with each repetition that i feel like it somehow works. i can listen to the whole thing more than once. (not consecutively but like... im not tired of it yet)
