Anyone know who I'm latched onto here?

Anybody know an official album this is on? I've had this track for _years_ and have never been able to verify the id3 tag info or lyircs with anything on the Internet, so I may have the wrong artist associated with it entirely. It sounds like PCP a bit, but not quite characteristic - beats aren't as heavy, no real hook to speak of. I figure this is as good a place as any to figure this out - mayb
