Few new finds you may or may not be interested in

If the new Spoon album was made out of barbecue spare ribs, would you eat it? I sure would. Heck, I'd probably ask for seconds. My only complaint is that it is TOO similar to Gimme Fiction, but since I like that album a lot, it's not much of a complaint. I don't have much else to say about it except that if you don't already have it and you like Spoon, get it.My major find came today when I found out Colin Meloy of The Decemberists was/is in another band called Tarkio. If you like Colin, but find the Decemberists to be a liitle boring, then this may be for you. I got the album Omnibus today which is supposedly both of their previous album combined(?). Not so sure about that, but Tarkio is definitely more folky/bluegrassy than Decemberists.Check em out!
