As I mentioned in consciouslyinsane’s post of Emmylou’s cover of "For No One",   her take on "Here There and Everywhere is an all time fav of mine. Play close attention to the harmonica/string interlude, I find it breathtakingly out of this world.

Thanks, I forgot this was on Elite Hotel.  Excellent version and I usually don't like Beatles covers.

I don’t like Beatle Covers either, this one is an anomaly, I guess Emmylou’s “ For No One” works as well

Good stuff, Ted.

Did you see where Paul recently performed a perfect rendition of "A Day In the Life" for the first time live - ever?

I did see that (or at least part of it) Paul sang a sour note, very unlike him

Yeah - pretty cool that 41 years later, Paul performed it live for the first time ever.

Pretty monumental, actually.

Well, Paul’s contributions to that song are noteworthy—indeed. The “Woke Up Fell Out of Bed” middle eight was just lying around (not all that unusual) But it was the orchestral cacophony that make that track a true finale to a great album. So I guess Paul can sing it, though the heart of the song is all John
 And that last chord is…..?
