this week my family got invited to a family friend's wedding.... in the caymen islands! my father's best friend's daughter is getting married on grand caymen this april, and we are going. we've known about the wedding and since we always go on vacations with this family, we knew we were invited! but still, it was exciting to get the actual invite.
which made me think about what the wedding will be like.......and before i knew it i was wondering what their first song would be. then, i got to thinking, if i was getting married, what song would i choose?
and then it came to me: first day of my life, by bright eyes.
yes, women tend to be like this. we plan these things in advance. i even have children names picked out, even though i have no plans to get married anytime soon, or even the slightest idea of who id get married to.
which leaves me with one question, moggers: what was/ would be/ is going to be your first dance wedding song?

Our first dance song was "When A Man Loves A Woman" by Percy Sledge. Great song. I had given her a 45 of it when we were first dating. Which was probably 89/90. How dated a 45 seems now!! :)
