i'm constantly listening to music. i have no idea why my songs never update. i'm going to go ahead and assume there's some software neglect on my end of things.

Do you use iTunes? If you upgraded your iTunes since the iPhone was released, Mog will not pick up anything since that upgrade. June 29 I think? I am finding it frustrating too.

All you need to do is visit http://mog.com/download to get the newest version of MOG-O-MATIC for PC or Mac. It works with all versions of iTunes.
