go see them crush the fillmore on may 5th while i sulk at a wedding in KC. the most devastaing straight ahead southern, intellegent rock thing going. flying jack daniel bottles and great lyrics are a bonus. if they don't self destruct they are going to be big big big!

Steve, Cool that you're into Townes Van Zandt. I interviewed him backstage at the Great American Music Hall before his show. He was a pretty depressed, dark guy at that point. During our interview he started talking about looking into the "abyss" and all you see is the "abyss." That there was no hope for mankind. Very heavy.
