So moe. made their long awaited return to New England with two shows in New Hampshire in their first post-Who shows. First night was mellow with lots of extended jams. Second night was much better in my opinion. The extended Recreational Chemistry jam converted me into a lover of the tune. Through the magic of tapers and bt.etree.com, I'm downloading both shows now to hear what I may have missed the first time. While not quite up to par with Chris Kuroda's work with Phish, moe's light show seems to be more integral in setting, creating, and sustaining mood. Sadly, Al had tendonitis and seemed to be struggling a bit which, sadly, means moe. will be taking a break for a bit. While moe. goes, ever so briefly...woxy.com has returned. I just found them again, but it's probably old news. I don't think I even had a chance to grieve the loss of woxy in September, but looking forward to getting reacquainted.
