Does "Keeping It Real" Matter?
So Rick Ross comes out of the closet being a correctional officer. Why is this news? Shouldn't we drop the focus on who is "keeping it real" in Hip-Hop? I mean how does their fabrication of "Drug Lives" benefit us?
Maybe we should focus on other figures on "keeping it real" like Sarah Palin faking her dumb accent:

It only became news because he kept lying about it despite the mounting evidence. Its just one of those things that won't go away unless you come clean and tell the truth
That's funny! You can still catch a slight accent on the earlier vids, but it's clear she's kinda exagerating it now.
