I am looking forward to hearing Simon Cowell tear apart some poor, stupid, soul during the auditions for American Idol. I don't care what anyone says, if there were more people out there like him, with his honesty, some people wouldn't be such sensitive crybaby's. :-P

sage1979 says absolutely! I think he's my favorite part of the whole American Idol thing. Though, last season, I totally watched it at the end for Taylor Hicks, Katherine, and Chris Daughtry.

sage1979 says The tryouts are usually the best. Especially if you're watching it because of Simon. Anything between the tryouts and the last 2 weeks just aren't as appealing to me.

dermahrk says It is very addictive. I laughed at my wife and daughter for watching the first two seasons, then watched the tryouts for a laugh in season three. Before long I had that Idol-monkey on my back. It is the only show on TV that the three of us watch together and, yes, Simon is the bomb. But Paula's cleavage runs a close second.
