Somebody, somewherezz said "not funky". I say the funk be in the eye of the beholder. So, try an' argue with that while you dodge the flashy four front-line trombones that are the heart of New Orleans' Bonerama..wazzat familiar melody, you say? Not Dread Zeppelin, 'tis infinitley f-u-n-k-i-e-r!!
Further proof is, of course, not neccessary...but take heed - after endless live recordings, they've recently laid down their first studio sessions...now that's workin'!

I used to visit Chicago many times on business, and in the evenings we'd always frequent a blues club, of which there are an abundance. I wouldn't be surprised if these guys could be found doing their thing and we'd just walk in on them
