SUC Dylan Duel: Terry Reid help me chew the fat...

Posted over 4 years ago
I've bitten off more than I can chew here. But, I'll try to keep up. Terry Reid is a British soul singer who always seemed to struggle with his place in the music pantheon. He was actually originally offered the lead vocalist job in what was to be Led Zeppelin, but turned it down due to touring conflicts! But, he turned around and introduced Plant and Bonham to Page and Jones - seeing it as a perfect fit.A bold young man who interpolated his own original "Friends" smack dab in the middle of a "Highway 61 Revisited" cover.

  1. Bartleby says I can't seem to remember who did a brilliant post on Terry Reid. Was it you and Dehrmark? Never mind because this is just excellent arrangements and brilliant execution. Thanks
