It's like rap, but in UK (where Skream and JME are from) it's usually called grime or 2-step. (Skream produces dubstep music and when an MC raps over it, it becomes grime.) If you like this kind of thing, tune into RinseFM radio. It's almost 24/7 music like this plus bassline, garage (the electronic kind, not the rock kind) and dubstep. You can find it in the radio stations section of your iTunes player or just tap over to Rinse.fm

Yeah it is hard to find:( Theres a Drum and Baas Radio station in Leeds called Radio Frequency 88.1 FM. they play a bit now and again:)
