Norah Jones + Fiona Apple = Tristan Prettyman

What do you think of my equation? After listening to her new record a few times, that's what I came up with. Whatever you call it, it is a beautiful soundtrack for spring nights...excellent stargazing songs.

  3. HelenMarie says This definitely sounds like Fiona especially in the beginning! And although Fiona plays piano too I could see Norah fingers tapping and feel her mellow influence here. I would surely stargaze to this.

  13. HelenMarie says Oh boy...I've been getting talked to about Monolith. Mr. MariG and Zeroskilz were working that yesterday...now I have *you* to answer to as well!? ; ) All Points West would actually work out better...as it's closer to friends/family and would be a better excuse to escape. More on that later! Thanks for bringing it up! : *

  14. Lizziegreeneyes says Gotcha !!! Yeah... the MIKE'S - I can see them working the hard sale for MOGolith - think about it... a festival at RED ROCKS for goodness sakes ?!? Tons of MOGtipliers in tow... but there will hopefully be a nice smathering at APW as well... and a NYC skyline isn't such a bad backdrop either !!! Hasn't been the same since Sept 11... but still it has its beauty :)

  15. HelenMarie says The skyline and the lineup both (not to mention all the kick-ass people going so far) at Red Rocks is definitely tugging at me. I'd love to be able to pull it off! I'll be workin on that one! : ) I love hijacking people's posts when they're not looking! ; )
