  3. Vtshome says I just commented on runs other Anais post. You should get her CD "Hymns for the Exiled" This is more of a protest cd most of the songs were writen just after the American invasion of Iraq. This young lady has so impressed me I helped finance the 2007 version of her Folk Opera "Hadestown" and will do so again this fall.

  4. runobodyii says Now "Hadestown" that I'd love to see. I caught a few snippets on YouTube and it looks really good, and I think this song and the other one I posted are from that. And the walls song gave me chills. Are there any plans to stage it in the mid-Atlantic region? I listened to "Hymns for the Exiled" Saturday night and I liked it, but not near as much as "The Brightness" which, by contrast, seems timeless.

  5. Vtshome says Kind of early to talk about plans for Hadestown other then they want to take it to other states. To date it's only been done in Vt 11 shows in 2 years and 1 show in Sommersville Ma. last fall.
