Five Years and Counting: "Love Vigilantes" - Laura Cantrell

This one's a bit of a classic country tearjerker, but a lovely song for all that. Cantrell's voice as well as the instrumental parts is absolutely gorgeous. So the Body of War has a soft side too. Is that a mandolin?

    runobodyii says I'm guessing not. She has a MOG page. The bio says she's from Nashville and is a DJ, hosting a radio show on WFMU called Radio Thrift Shop. Thanks for the comment.

    musikfriend says runobodyii, I realized my mistake immediately afterward. That would be Lana Cantrell from Australia. She was supposed to have been a better rounded individual than Barbara Streisand plus was quite a good looking woman. She's now a lawyer in NYC, doing occasional singing gigs around NYC.
