The Dave Matthews Band song "The Last Stop" was recently resurrected on 07-31-10 at Cruzan Amphitheatre, West Palm Beach, FL. It was last played live in 2006 and is a fan favorite due to its rarity and intensity. Before Dave played the song, he simply thanked the crowd in a very humble manner for being in attendance. Then, during mid set, the eastern melodies erupted, sending the fans into a frenzy of cheers. Another rare gem in DMB's catalog, Cortez the Killer, was also played during the set at Palm Beach and was last heard in 2006. DMB announced that they will not be touring in 2011 which ponders the question... are they playing rare songs because of their hiatus in 2011 or finally listening to what devoted fans want?
