My friend Adri and I have this theory that certain songs are good solely because when they play on the radio, you rejoice, because they are so so so much better than the rest of the crap on the air. I originally thought that the Clash was one of those bands for me--other illustrious members include the Spin Doctors, the Smiths, the Cure--but then I listened to London Calling straight through and goddamn it, that is a solid record. I really want to get it on vinyl. So, here's an oldie and a goodie for your listening pleasure. I recommend you give the whole album a listen though. Then maybe you can answer my coworkers question, "Who the fuck is Rudy, and why can't he fail?"
