I can't believe I never heard this song until seeing some movie (sorry, forgot the name of it already!) which had this song as its opening theme. I knew it was an oldie, but who did it? And I knew I had just heard it somehow too! I ran some name possibilities on my iTunes and sure enough, Here Comes The Rain by a so-called Trader Horner came up, and it was the very song. I must have heard it before on shuffle. Anyway, it turns out this was a single on Dawn Records in February 1970. That's where my copy copes from, a Dawn single collection. (Not Tony Orlando & Dawn, mind you!)
