This sad little personal evacuation of soul performed by Damien Rice and Lisa Hannigan did a surprise attack on my senses last night. I never expected anything with this much depth to be on Jay Leno. It's a bit to the "right" of what I would normally listen to [lately, lots of Emilie Autumn], but it really has a somber mood about it. I'm especially attached to Lisa Hannigan's rather dry [dry like a smothering warm blanket on a icy night] voice. I usually don't watch He Of The Ten Foot Chin, so I almost missed this song...to me, that would have been a tiny tragedy.
