its time to wakeup 2008 wake up pass the basket lets get weird lets bring back whats never been done stop the back track, beep the flashback forget the tie-die, don't pose, 'cause thats dead impose and turn thought to what's said

what do you call a country that hates cops put guns in your face and search search your place they cure freedom of speech with tasers and mace where check and balance has been totally erased where poets and artists have no place

what do you call a country that kills the only way to get elected is by making a deal where rich folks get by without paying their bills while folks on the street are fighting for meals we give our money to taxes without beep to show this country should fear us and they just don't know

what do you call a country thats blind keeps none of its neighbors thoughts in mind jails outspoken people who are thoughtful and kind were all chained by a government who pays us no mind

I threw a party last night and somhow a fire extingwisher fell on the ground and discharged in my garage, completely covering it with dust and someone puked on my favorite Grateful Dead hat. im hiring a house cleaner

This is one of my favorite songs of all time. there is so much imagary in the lyrics. the guitar is so simple but truely awesome and genuis. There are so many layers to this song its amazing. I get goosbumps everytime I hear it. Dont Forget Me is ONE of rhcp's most overlooked songs.

Unified Theory Has Members of Blind Melon and Pearl Jam. Origanal Bassist and Guitarst from Blind Melon and the Ex-Pearl jam Drummer. The Lead Singer Sounds alot Like Shannon Hoon. The Band is really cool but lacks the passon and auora that shannon blessed Blind Melon with. Supposidy they have a new album coming out in 07. If you're a die-hard Melon fan like me you should check them out. California is one of my favorite songs from them
