After falling hard, for Saves the Day, in 2003 i've always enjoyed them immensely. I always enjoy listening to the albums Stay what you are, Through being cool and Can't slow down. But as of last night i've been listening to only their new CD Sound the alarm. And i have to say, with pleasure, that it is amazing. Lead singer Chris Conley's once scratchy and adolescent voice has matured all of the sudden, reminds me a little of Zach Davidson of Vendetta Red . Sound the alarm also allows for a richer sound than all the other Cd's ever allowed. Although they still leave room for the classic STD's(and yes, they call themselves that in their website) reference to blood, spleen's and stomach's. all in all Saves the Day did well. Many stars should be put by their name one the attendance chart...
