Will Jesus forgive Christians of any Earthly sin? Is it possible that irresponsibly publishing material like Obama Nation, and then lying about its truthiness could consign you to Hell? Do Christians believe they will be saved, no matter what they do on Earth? That would be one scary get-out-of-purgatory card to have people carrying around. Or are there sins so beyond the pale that, as Dylan suggested, even Jesus couldn't forgive?
