i really really love sweet potato fries. they are yummy really in any form.but there is a certain place, in austin texas, that makes sweet potato home fries, that are like crack to me.i am lucky, they are next door to my office, i can walk, they don't always have them, but when i do i buy several containers for my office fridge. i put tobasco in them.
