Lately I've been very disappointed with all of the new whiney music being played on the radio. In turn, I tend to stay away from even trying to listen to anything new and stick with my iPod. Last night however, flipping channels, I noticed that Queens of the Stone Age were the guests on the Henry Rollins Show."Okay. Queens of the Stone Age are one of the few bands I never seem to get sick of. Henry Rollins is legit, I'll watch."Let me tell you, this god damn song blew my mind. I immediately went online to buy the new QOTSA album on iTunes. I've never been so UNdisappointed with a purchase in my life. Not only are there energetic angry tunes (which I LOVE LOVE LOVE) but a mixture of melodic and mellow songs that are produced and organized throughout the album perfectly.Go get this effing CD. You won't be disappointed.

    lmnop805 says So I have this list of "Albums I must purchase but keep putting off for other albums i forgot to purchase." It's on it... I got some Kraftwerk last night though, so I'm catching up. I always liked QOTSA and I recall their website some years back... they had their profiles on them with their faces photo shopped on female bodybuilders, it was hilarious...
