Due to DMX 's numerous run ins with the law, it's become necessary to give each one a timestamped snazzy title to differentiate them.
The latest arrest comes by way of speeding. X was caught by highway cameras (see attached photo), going over 100mph in a 60mph zone. He's being charged with racing on a highway, driving on a suspended license, reckless driving, two counts of endangerment and three counts of criminal speed.

I paid for Paul McCartney's Memory Almost Full. Why? Because every time I walked into Starbucks I was accosted by that "Ever Present Past"'s ididadoodah and it sounded good. 2000+ people gathered at the Theater at Madison Square Garden last night for what would be the seventh and final Jammy Awards show. But they all gathered to see one thing...jam band rockers Phish reunite. Despite rumors and the fact that all four members where on hand to accept the evening's Lifetime Achievement Award, they didn't. My Morning Jacket have made it to the big-time. This Saturday, May 10th, 2008, will mark the band's debut performance on Saturday Night Live. If that wasn't enough news to tickle you nose then perhaps the news that the Kentucky alt-rockers will be going on an extensive tour of the U.S., following their summer escapade in Europe is.

I had the pleasure of booking these guys a few months back. Surprisingly enough, I fell in love with the singer's voice. Since the venue was rather small, his vocal power overwhelmed the entire place. They put on a great show.

The D.O.C. is a very close associate of Dr. Dre and N.W.A. He and Ice Cube handled the bulk of the writing duties for the rest of the group on landmark albums such as 'Straight Outta Compton'.
