This is great. Amazingly, I have some of these in my playlist (of the same theme) - Children's Story, Bonnie & Clyde (same exact versions of both). Did Chelsea Hotel for Rufus but I like the Father/Son team. For more inspiration, the pairs' play list put together by yours truly be seen here.

@cody - I think it will be great. Kind of solves our sharing playlist issue we faced earilier on the other M. I would like (or have failed to see how yet) how to embed the playlist in the post, which would be very nice. I'm going to try the face book embed out and see how it works.
@eric - I love covers, and I thought that song took different meaning with Rufus singing it, but both versions are pretty top notch.

Yeah, I was hoping it would at least embed the titles of songs. I'm sure there's a cross platform liscensing issue going from Mog to FB that's probably a big hurdle. Ah well, thought I'd give it a shot. No one I know on FB is on Mog unfortunately.

I mean you could always put the list in comments..but it ain't the same.
Good choices, man. I've done my share of "reinventions" so i'm always turned on by the good ones and REALLY turned off by ones that are just "covers". Glad you included "Mad World" with my friend Gary Jules singing. I used him on my version of the Charlatans song "Weirdo" and had a blast.
here's to the future of these playlists. i know i've been throwing a lot of new stuff up there on mine. i see it as a great way for people to hear things they don't know about and i hope we get visitors.
Love this version of Mad World.. been meaning to grab it for years.. so tonight, I did grab it via iTunes.
Nice Playlist. I will have to put one together eventually too, I label all of my covers for easy reference, shouldnt be to hard to do. The fun part is when you realize a song is a cover and you never knew it.
