Located in Hollywood's Continental Club during the 80s, The Crush Bar played a mish-mash of 60s and 70s Motown and disco. The interior resembled a bowling alley lounge--complete with red leatherette booths and cold cans of Budweiser. A great casual place to dance if you didn't feel like going the 'Less Than Zero' route at the other LA hipster clubs during that era. Plus, pizza on the house if you stayed til closing.
