Chris Eaton's main claim to fame is penning hyper-literate folk anthems with Rock Plaza Central, but it's far from his only talent. In particular, the writerly flair Eaton displays in his songs have made the transition to fiction pretty smooth, already releasing two acclaimed novels, 'The Inactivist' and 'The Grammar Architect.' Now, Eaton plans on furthering his literary oeuvre, having just released a new short story collection, the cleverly-titled 'Letters to Thomas Pynchon' via Joyland. To celebrate the e-book's release, Eaton provided us with an exclusive playlist comprised specifically of artists that help his child fall asleep, including Emmylou Harris and Van Morrison.
