so i was catching up on my blog reading and came across new Andrew Bird posted on "Harmonium":http://www.harmoniummusic.com/2006/10/11/dark-matter-andrew-bird-fingerlings-3/both songs are from his upcoming album Fingerlings 3. "Dark Matter" is a studio recording and "Sweetbread" is a live recoding with awesome sound quality. both songs are just amazing! i highly recommend you check them out even if you don't know who this guy is.

SWozniak says Scythian Empire is just amazing. I got Fingerlings 3 before I got Fingerlings (which was made when he was still Andrews Bird's Bowl of Fire, I think), and was pleasantly surprised to hear my favorite Andrew Bird lyrics "pre-peated" in "Sweetbreads": Do you wonder where the self resides Is it in your head or between your sides Who will be the one who will decide Its true location? And folks, Fingerlings 1-3 are like $10 from http://andrewbird.net, so check 'em out. I highly recommend #3.
