I'll be once again attending the NAMM convention.
This year I'll be working with Looperlative Audio (booth 1653) hangin out, helping out, doing a couple of demos and jamming around with friends old and (hopefully) new.
If you're around....drop on by and say Howdy.

One year,I got a juggling set.....for kids. Complete with instruction book and everything. I was ..like 24 at the time.

One year my roommate gave me half of a pizza, and by half I mean she had picked all the toppings and cheese off. My dogs enjoyed it though.
I got a 4 foot tall lawn ornament. I was living in an apartment on the 30th floor at the time.
Classic on both counts.
sugarbaby - Did you at least have a balcony of fire escape in which to house this thing? What did you do with it?
...and it's great.
OK,not really. It's actually one of the most bubble gum pop'y drones I've heard in awhile.

Is it really lame? That's totally too bad. I had high hopes for her.
Uh... there's always Clint Eastwood's album of country crooner songs.
Seems to be working for Jenny Lewis (Rilo Kiley, solo work, and performing with the Watson Twins).
I like Jack Black ... I mean, sometimes Tenacious D is a little over the top. But sometimes their parodies are spot-on and he's actually a decent singer/musician. And it seems more like a hobby gone awry than a second career.

Did you hear that Donnovan and David Lynch are going to be there, this year. Big change up from Slash and Tool.
