I haven't seen Cat Power live since she got her shit together and quit the alcoholism, so I'm pleasantly stunned by this video of her performance (click around) at the Chanel Haute Couture Spring/Summer 2007 runway show. She rocks so confidently that she ends up being way more charismatic than the models, to almost hilarious effect.

Awesome. Karl Lagerfeld never ceases to crack me up. I have been checking out the fall fashion show slides on Style.com. There was some great stuff, and some incredibly dumb looks as well. It seems like what is "in" for men's fashion is: assless chaps, giant fur hats and hot pants. Classy.

I watched this two days ago. So awesome. What a scene. Last time I saw Cat Power she was pecking at a piano with bangs over her eyes wearing a giant flannel and barely making it through songs from Moon Pix. The transformation is kind of incredible.
