Hi S! Isn't that a great song? I love her voice. and especially the "Ah, ah, ah, ahs". I think her last band (Delgados) were pretty cool as well!

I really really like the layered vocal part, the upper register reminds me of Tanya. I havent heard much of the Delgados either, so I'll have to find some.

I heard Emma Pollock on the radio a couple months ago, and was really quite surprised. This is the first song I heard and I love it. I also learned that she was with The Delgados, so went in search of their music, and really like them as well. Nice post!! Thanks!

hi crthead, I heard her on a podcast, I think it was.. and really liked her sound and her voice. I did listen to some delgados and really like them as well. it's shame when good bands break up too soon.
